Processing: discount pharmacy

Time: next day (although the guy did offer one hour!)

Price: $3.39

Okay, so 3D became 2D. I stopped by the discount pharmacy with the roll AND the camera so I could show the person in the lab the kind of negatives they’d be dealing with. I didn’t expect them to be able to handle it, and was fully prepared to drive out of my way to the pro lab.

But the guy said they could do it, so I left the roll with them.

When I picked up the prints, they only had two of the three frames per exposure. That’s pretty much what I expected, actually, and I didn’t really mind.

Although, I do sort of mind that when they cut the negs, they didn’t keep the exposures in groups of three.

I didn’t shoot the whole roll, and they didn’t print every exposure, so I only got about 10 prints.

When I get a chance, I’ll take the negatives out to the pro lab and see what they can do with them. I’m thinking that if they are equipped to scan any medium format negatives, they can give these a shot. I’d kind of like to witness the awesome splendor of the full three frame ā€œ3Dā€ print.
